Role Purpose

Do

• Run multiple full-fledged projects with multiple teams
• Demonstrate excellent time-management and multi-tasking capability
• Build & manage strategic design practice within the studio; introduce new tools, frameworks & best practices focusing on strategy, service design & design phases
• Run sales/strategy activities to create new and rebiz opportunities
• Independently lead projects & accounts; research, strategy, service design & UI/ UX design opportunities
• Drive thought leadership for clients & industry; public speaking, conduct trainings, design courses
• Drive cross-discipline development
• Excel at communication and engagement
• Groom leaders and own development of teams
• Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating
• Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios
• Set direction for the studio in line with Designit's strategy
