Service Delivery Leader - Procurement

Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for cost effective procurement/contracting of products and services while achieving or exceeding customer and business requirements.
• Lead negotiation on strategic and complex projects.
• Handle BAU and project procurement activities ranging from low to high complex major commodities/services with / without precedent including IT and Non-IT.
• Lead build-out of MetLife centers in new locations.
• Strong knowledge of India market vendors and supply chain.
• Identifies opportunities for the businesses to add value/ solve business needs.
• Manage vendor and contracts governance and adherence to vendor risk framework.
• Manage procurement policy and ensure alignment to business needs, Enterprise and in-country requirements.
• Knowledge of ERP / automation solutions across source to pay cycle.
• Independently manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure Internal and external reporting.
• Process / documentation oriented to manage compliance and audits.
• Guide Procurement function with market intelligence/ analytics, implement best practices.
• Strong Vendor relationship & management
• Other key imperatives
