This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Delivery Sr Analyst based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of revenue cycle operations, analytics, and client delivery, transforming complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that support operational excellence and client success. You will work independently to analyze large and complex datasets, primarily within Epic Clarity and revenue cycle systems, to identify trends, defects, and performance improvement opportunities. Acting as a trusted analytics partner, you will collaborate closely with internal operations teams and external clients to translate findings into meaningful recommendations. The role goes beyond reporting, requiring ownership of insights through execution and follow-up. You will play a key role in shaping how analytics supports service delivery performance and client outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a highly visible position with direct impact on operational efficiency and patient revenue performance.
Accountabilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions supporting service delivery and revenue cycle operations
- Extract, transform, and validate complex datasets using advanced SQL and data modeling techniques
- Leverage Epic Clarity and revenue cycle expertise to identify operational trends, defects, and improvement opportunities
- Translate complex analysis into clear, client-ready insights, dashboards, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct performance and account reviews to identify actionable opportunities and drive operational improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous QA of metrics, reports, and reporting logic
- Own follow-through on analytical insights by supporting execution and operational adoption of recommendations
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Contribute to mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the analytics function
- 8+ years of professional experience in analytics, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting)
- Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity data model, ideally within Resolute Hospital Billing environments
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, aggregations, and scalable query design
- Experience working with Snowflake, relational databases, and BI tools such as Power BI
- Ability to translate complex operational data into clear, decision-ready insights
- Strong experience presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and client-facing audiences
- High attention to detail with strong independent judgment and prioritization skills
- Preferred: Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification, T-SQL/stored procedures, and data modeling experience
- Preferred: prior client-facing analytics, mentoring, or service delivery experience
- Competitive base salary: $65,478 – $96,885 per year (US-based)
