What we’re looking for:
As a Service Desk Administrator II, you will be a self-starter who consistently demonstrates initiative and drive, provides exceptional support, reviews/manages/resolves customer issues, relentlessly documents and updates IT processes and common corrections to issues, deploys/manages/automates end-user systems, mangages the internal collaboration and A/V environments, defines and implements IT changes, simplifies the environment to increase reliability and reduce support burden, works with and elevates the broader team. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize critical tasks and projects.
What you'll do:
- Accountability for ensuring that IT customer issues are attended to within agreed SLAs following defined standards for response, open-to-close ownership, updates, escalation, closure, and creating/updating knowledge base articles
- Manage end-user workstations (Windows and MAC), audio and visual conferencing, and related hardware, software, and inventory activities in our corporate office environments and in support of our remote workers
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and update productivity software, collaboration tools, and network connectivity related to end-user workstations
- Deploy and refresh end-user workstations to new hires and IT customers
- Leverage and optimize mobile device provisioning software, automation, security, and updates
- Create and manage end-user accounts, groups, security and distribution groups, corporate access, and application provisioning for customers
What you'll need:
- Curiosity and possess a tenacity for learning
- 3 years of providing IT support in an enterprise environment with exceptional customer support
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or other related field/technical school or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Okta
- Thorough understanding of hardware, software, wired/wireless/internet networking, remote access, security, and peripherals in both Windows and MAC environments
- Microsoft/Networking/Security/AWS Certifications desired with mobile device management platform experience preferred (Jamf/NinjaRMM/Intune)
