Pegasus Laboratories/PBI-Gordon Companies is seeking a highly motivated candidate for an entry-level IT Service Desk position based out of Pensacola, FL. The candidate must have proficient customer service skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, be detail oriented and to work independently.

• #1 Focus: Client experience and responsiveness to those clients.
• Responds to and resolves requests and issues within service level commitment (SLA) requirements
• Administer and maintain user logons and group profiles in active directory (AD)
• Computer inventory management and accurate record keeping is critical
• Attends weekly team meetings
• Follows IT procedures/protocols and policies with diligence
• Wipe all hard drives and properly disposes of IT hardware
• Configure and deploy new/reimaged computers
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network
• Assists with planning and execution of projects for the company and/or Pegasus Laboratories.
• All other duties as may be assigned

Technical Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about company supported hardware, software, and operating systems and effectively troubleshoot, configure, connect, and train end users
• Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system and application software
• Ability to create and communicate technical guidance and instructions to users related to IT support
• Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol
• Knowledge of federal copyright laws related to licensing, as they pertain to the use of computer software

Education:

• Experience/Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience; 1-3 years of IT Support.
