Your Responsibilities 

You will be part of a Service Desk Team that is responsible for day-to-day service requests for a variety of clients. You will be heavily involved in working tickets that require strong teamwork. You will act as a go-to technology person for all IT needs. You will perform a variety of tasks that may include: 

  • Serve as the first contact with clients who need technical assistance. 

  • Answer ticket, chat, email, and phone communications for client requests in a professional and timely fashion.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware, networking, and software issues. 

  • Maintain technical documentation on installation of software, configuration of hardware, problem troubleshooting, and resolutions.

  • Research questions using available information resources.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, end-users, and coworkers. 

Your Skills 

  • Must be self-motivated, responsive and have a sense of urgency. 

  • Must be an excellent communicator. If you are uncomfortable talking with people, this may not be the job for you. 

  • Previous experience in a related IT field.

  • Ability to manage multiples tasks and deadlines on a tight schedule. 

  • Networking and Server administration experience a plus.
