Position Summary:

As a Service Desk Technician II, you will be an essential member of Curaleaf’s IT Service Management Team.  You will facilitate account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management for the majority of Curaleaf’s enterprise applications, including in-scope SOX applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to Service Desk support team members.

  • Some knowledge and/or experience in Role-based Access Control methods.
  • Receive and process requests for account provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
  • Coordinate with data stewards regarding approval and implementation of access to systems.
  • Review current account and application security to ensure that system access is correct, clear, and efficient.
  • Respond to requests from IT Compliance team for audits and security review.
  • Assist in documenting identity and access management processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, alternative solutions to others.
  • Firm knowledge of or experienced in analytical and troubleshooting skills with complex technical subjects and tasks.
  • Ability to determine when to file a case and/or to escalate an existing case with the vendor’s technical support center.
  • Ability to determine when to escalate or implement certain levels of risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification Requirements:

To be considered for this role you must meet the minimum level of qualifications needed to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position:

  • At least two years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management software, such as Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and word processing software, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations.
  • Internal candidates must be in their current role 6 months or more for consideration.
Nevada Hiring Range
$30—$36.50 USD
