Job Responsibilities
-
Responsible for overseas client equipment delivery commissioning on-site product troubleshooting and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Daily management coordination with the Overseas Joint Insurance Center (USA).

Feedback customer's and product quality issues maintaining customer relationships.

Translate and summarize failure issues and review/edit English manuals.
Job Requirements:
-
Background in engineering disciplines such as mechanical electrical automation etc.
-
Familiarity with skills in such as inverters servos motors PLCs automation products (elevators robots high-voltage air conditioners etc.).

Willingness to travel over 50% good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Native English speaker; speakSpanish is a plus speak Chinese is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in the USA driver industry.
-
Local American citizenship or USA work permit with working background in US.
