Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseas client equipment delivery commissioning on-site product troubleshooting and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Daily management coordination with the Overseas Joint Insurance Center (USA).

• Feedback customer's and product quality issues maintaining customer relationships.

• Translate and summarize failure issues and review/edit English manuals.

Job Requirements:

• Background in engineering disciplines such as mechanical electrical automation etc.

• Familiarity with skills in such as inverters servos motors PLCs automation products (elevators robots high-voltage air conditioners etc.).

• Willingness to travel over 50% good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• Native English speaker;  speakSpanish is a plus speak Chinese is a plus.

• At least 3 years of experience in the USA driver industry.

• Local American citizenship or USA work permit with working background in US.
