• Responsible for providing instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within Hong Kong and Macau
• Complete service documentation according to the BD specification and requirement of service contract
• Support and assist HK Sales and Marketing team for any business issue
• Interface effectively with other departments to resolve customer problems and issues.
• Promote service contract to maintain the growth of HK service revenue
• Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation

• 3 years maintenance experience or above (within this industry is an advantage but not a must)
• High Diploma or above in Engineering or similar field
• Outstanding communication skills
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
