Service Expert Specialist III

Modivcare is looking for a Service Expert Specialist III to partner with customers, subcontractors and Modivcare staff to ensure quality service. You will identify core causes of issues and will provide real-time solutions for members that have a high risk for service failure. You will report into the Service Expert management team.
You will...

• Handle high risk members complaints and grievances intake
• Monitor MET members trips
• Collect all necessary supporting information to provide a resolution
• Partner with other work streams leaders to find a permanent solution for members that are high risk
• Engage team members, government agencies, clients and our legal department to handoff issues that are outside our scope of work and are causing transportation roadblocks
• Monitor the complaint aging report to comply with turnaround requirements on resolution

We are excited to speak to some with the following...

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 5+ years customer service experience in a medical environment
• Prior front office medical experience, medical case management or medical social work experience
• Type 35+ corrected words wpm
• This position is open to candidates nation-wide.
• This position is fully remote.

Pay Starting at $16.10 an hour
