In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

O(a) Service Management Lead será o(a) profissional responsável por liderar o Workstream de disponibilidade de serviços atuando como elo entre as áreas de Service Management SRE Observabilidade e Tribos de Negócio .

Esse(a) profissional será o guardião do processo end-to-end garantindo governança padronização e evolução contínua da jornada de disponibilidade.


Governança e Liderança
  • Liderar o GT multidisciplinar de disponibilidade coordenando stakeholders de Service Management SRE Observabilidade Command Center e Tribos de Negócio .

  • Garantir a execução do roadmap da jornada de disponibilidade (Stage 1 → Interim → Target).

  • Conduzir cerimônias de acompanhamento status reports e apresentações executivas .


Processos e Padronização
  • Mapear documentar e evoluir os processos de registro de Outages classificação de incidentes (P1/P2) e cálculo de disponibilidade .

  • Definir e manter atualizada a matriz RACI do Workstream.

  • Garantir alinhamento com frameworks ITIL SRE e práticas de mercado .


Integração e Orquestração
  • Articular a integração entre ServiceNow ferramentas de monitoramento APM e observabilidade e CMDB .

  • Apoiar no entendimento dos critérios de definição de SLIs SLOs e políticas de ANS junto às tribos de negócio.

  • Garantir que o processo de disponibilidade esteja integrado ao ciclo de vida de serviços .


Análise e Melhoria Contínua
  • Conduzir análises retrospectivas (lessons learned) .

  • Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos de disponibilidade.

  • Propor evoluções nos dashboards executivos e indicadores de disponibilidade .



Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experiência com ServiceNow ferramentas de monitoramento (APM e observabilidade) e CMDB;
  • Conhecimento em frameworks ITIL SRE e práticas de mercado;
  • Capacidade de mapear documentar e evoluir processos de registro de Outages classificação de incidentes (P1/P2) e cálculo de disponibilidade;
  • Formação superior completa na área de Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido em São Paulo.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Desejável experiência em projetos bancários.
