What we are looking for

Cross River’s Technology team is made up of problem solvers hungry to perfect new products and systems. As a ServiceNow Developer, you play a key role. In this role you will focus on automation and reporting.  The Technology team cares about results, not activity, and we have fun doing it. Responsibilities:

• We are looking for ServiceNow Developer that will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
• This role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
• The Developer may be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities; facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements and new modules
• The role will implement ServiceNow customizations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports
• Creates presentations and seeks IT management's approval and acceptance of significant replacements or reconfigurations of major business systems serving a business unit or location The ServiceNow Developer performs analysis and research of systems and networks
• The ServiceNow Developer performs analysis and research of systems and networks

Qualifications:

• Working independently or minimal supervision Proven work experience as ServiceNow developer Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven work experience as ServiceNow developer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• ServiceNow certification

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$150,000.00
