Responsibilities: • Handle residential and light commercial service calls across NYC • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear explanations to customers • Recommend appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction • Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple jobs daily • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members • Drive to job sites using company vehicle (if applicable) Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on plumbing service experience in NYC • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and customer service skills • Must have a valid driver’s license • Able to work independently and stay organized • Professional appearance and attitude • Punctual, reliable, and respectful at all times What We Offer: • Top industry pay with room for advancement • Weekly pay + performance commission • Company vehicle and tools (where applicable) • Supportive, fast-paced work environment • Consistent year-round work in all boroughs • Opportunity to grow with an established company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • New York, NY (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
