ESSENTIAL DUTIES: β€’ Supervise, train, and support plumbing service technicians β€’ Assist dispatch in scheduling service calls efficiently β€’ Review Job Work Orders, Invoices, and Projects for accuracy β€’ Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations β€’ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and communication β€’ Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment β€’ Manage escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts β€’ Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless operations β€’ Track KPIs and prepare performance reports β€’ Diagnoses plumbing issues through observation, testing and setup. β€’ Performs disassembly and reassembly of large or small commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting. β€’ Performs planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the service agreement. β€’ Handles the following plumbing repairs: stoppages/cabling, pumping and backflow testing/repair/replacement, fixture install/replacement and general troubleshooting or repair, domestic water/sewer or storm water leak/repair, fixture rough in, pump replacement/repair, leak locating/line tracing, hydro jetting, and camera. β€’ Responsible for water heater maintenance/troubleshooting/replacement and boiler maintenance, boiler pumps and circulating, boiler controller, troubleshooting, and system installation. β€’ Completes service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls as directed. β€’ Develops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction. β€’ Communicates and documents project status to all project stakeholders. β€’ Serves as a lead and front-line resource to service technicians through technical support. β€’ Coordinates the work of subcontractors, trains, and provides guidance to technicians. β€’ Coordinates multi-tech jobs and accomplishes multiple tasks on multiple projects with minimal impact, if any, between projects. β€’ Reviews job contract specifications and assists with installation plan. β€’ Coordinates work so it aligns with the project and start-up schedule. β€’ Safely drives a motor vehicle and trailer, follows the requirements of the company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements. β€’ Completes documentation of invoicing data based on hours worked and materials/equipment used to complete the service. β€’ Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on the service vehicle. Team Development β€’ Attract, onboard, and nurture talent to support team growth and succession planning. β€’ Deliver continuous coaching and feedback to elevate team performance and leadership capabilities. β€’ Cultivate cross-location collaboration to share best practices and leverage collective expertise. β€’ Oversee comprehensive training programs for both teams and individuals, utilizing performance reviews and technical training to foster development. Strategic Communication β€’ Maintain transparent and proactive communication with the director of service. β€’ Ensure major decisions align with company values and goals and are communicated effectively. β€’ Champion a unified decision-making approach, avoiding location-based divisions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Requirements: β€’ 10+ years of commercial experience as a Service Plumbing Technician. β€’ Holds a valid Arizona Plumbing License. β€’ Performs as a self-managed individual. β€’ Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills, with good written and oral communication capability. β€’ Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times. β€’ Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities β€’ EPA Universal Certification preferred β€’ Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices β€’ Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource planning β€’ Ability to mentor and develop technicians at all skill levels β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail β€’ Customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence β€’ Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital scheduling tools Required Skills: β€’ Experience in the plumbing trade industry. β€’ Familiarity with the Service Titan or equivalent (EOS) software . β€’ Proficiency with service management or ERP systems. β€’ Ability to work independently and as a team member. β€’ Professional demeanor and solid interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong business ethics. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Positive, personable, and detail odetail-oriented. β€’ Effective communication across multiple platforms and levels. Additional Skills: β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Bluebeam, and Outlook. β€’ Strong multitasking abilities. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Proficient in data entry.
