Job Description

Lincare is the nation's leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking a Service Representative- Safety Training Coordinator to join our growing Safety team.

The Service Representative- Safety Training Coordinator will provide safety support and training to center personnel throughout their assigned geographic region. This employee will work on a remote basis and travel throughout their assigned region up to 50% of the time. The successful candidate for this role must reside in Texas, Nevada, Arizona or Florida.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train center personnel on applicable policies, procedures and systems regarding safety
• Complete thorough and accurate Job Safety Observations (JSOs) vehicle inspections
• Conduct Center Safety Risk Assessments as needed
• Conduct Center Safety Meetings as needed
• Organize and host weekly accountability calls
• Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency and all other Center or employee needs
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization both in person and virtually
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to use technical applications, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and OneDrive

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
