We are changing the way goods and services are stored across the globe and are pushing borders to increase efficiency, safety, and develop new products for our customers. We are experiencing rapid and strong growth, and are currently looking for a Service Technician (ST) who will play a leading role in the AutoStore North American Service and Support Team.

The ST will manage and coordinate the activities and operations of the AutoStore equipment in the USA and other end-user locations while also supporting Service and Support activities in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support to partners throughout the USA
• Be an expert on AutoStore equipment supporting the robots and operating the system with a focus on minimizing downtime
• Participate in weekly meetings with partners, management, teams out of the NA office and EU offices
• Handle Salesforce cases and tickets in Jira, troubleshooting and resolving problems
• Hands-on robot repair and maintenance of AutoStore modules
• Participate in 24/7 rotational support
• Be an instructor to partners – Technical and hands-on training
• Write knowledge base articles
• Have knowledge about all AutoStore modules
• Follow all internal procedures and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent, or two-plus years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical.
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements:

Travel up to 25-50% to US install sites, Europe, or other sites in NA as required to support customers or receive training
