Service Technician - Commercial HVAC

Location: Multiple Locations | Full-Time Pay: DOE | 40+ hours per week We are seeking experienced and skilledCommercial HVAC Service Techniciansto join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing , repairing, and maintainingCommercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs onCommercialHVAC systemsto minimize callbacks. • Install and repair refrigerant piping according to manufacturer and job specifications. • Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and coworkers. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across various industries. • Project a positive, professional image for both yourself and the company. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure a clean work environment after service completion. • Participate in ongoing training on HVAC controls, refrigeration systems, system design, troubleshooting, and testing. • Maintain and properly utilize company-provided vehicle and service card, including routine checks and reports. • Accurately track refrigerant usage per company policy. • Maintain and provide personal tools (gauges and hand tools) in good working condition. Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Certification: • High school diploma or equivalent. • EPA 608 Refrigeration Certification (required). Experience: • 5+ years ofCommercial HVACtroubleshooting & preventive maintenance experience. • 2+ years ofCommercialelectrical and electronic controltroubleshooting. • Experience in refrigeration, piping, controls, and sheet metal installation. • Hands-on work with large rooftop air handling units (AHUs), split systems, rooftop condensers, DX piping, and HVAC demolition.
