Our Information Technology (IT) department is looking for a mid-senior level ServiceNow developer and administrator. In this role, you will perform ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance, including but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
What we are looking for:
Technical Skills
- Direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin and/or Developer, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management, core ITSM (Change, Incident, Request), Portal, Performance Analytics, and APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL
- Familiarity with CMDB (including Discovery & Service Mapping), ITOM, ATF, Now Mobile
- Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
- Experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API, GraphQL
- Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP. Experience managing users, roles, groups, and ACLs
- Experience with iterative and/or Agile Scrum development methodologies
- Experience on creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities
- Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow designer and Automated Testing framework
- Familiarity with integration hubs (SN's IntegrationHub and/or MuleSoft) is a plus
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (Desired)
- ServiceNow Developer Certification (Good to have)
Process Skills
- Identify and define solutions for users that are aligned with best practices on the ServiceNow platform (i.e., limiting custom code, demonstrating good development practice, and adhering to licensing requirements).
- Work with users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows, converting BRD's into technical requirements
- Perform and/or manage the installation and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases.
- Design and lead ServiceNow integrations and orchestration activities, partnering with business partners and technical teams for implementation
- Created design patterns & implementation plans for ServiceNow enhancements
- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge
- Provide technical support and training to users
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and new features

- Must be self-directed, capable of working on several projects simultaneously

Qualification
- 5 to 7+years of relevant working experience in ServiceNow or managing an equivalent platform
- Any Graduate
The annualized base salary range for this role is $85,200 to $133,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
