The Role

Are you a mastermind when it comes to software architecture and design of ServiceNow based applications? Do you have a passion for developing innovative software solutions that are ahead of the curve? If so, we have the perfect role for you.

As a ServiceNow Application/Software Architect, you'll be responsible for designing cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products that will set the standard for the industry. You'll use your extensive technical knowledge to conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes, while also identifying and resolving any framework design weaknesses.

You'll use your technical expertise to provide technical leadership to the application development team, perform design and code reviews, and ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained. You'll also collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the architecture is aligned with business requirements, making sure that the project meets its goals.

Your expertise in designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure, will be put to use as you create and maintain documentation surrounding the software architecture, application design processes, component integration, testing guidelines, and other key elements.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow/CMDB architecture/design development and building automations including cloud integrations in ServiceNow.
• In depth knowledge and experience in building and managing cross-enterprise workflows with process automation design flows to bring cost efficiency.

• Prior hands-on experience working in an Agile team environment.

• Understanding Cloud offerings.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• ServiceNow CIS and CAD certifications.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and scripting flow designer, discovery schedules/patterns, API integrations, forms, templates, notifications, workbench, SLA, reports, dashboards utilizing .
• ServiceNow business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, UI Macros.
