Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their team in a fully-remote position! This individual will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and optimizing various compute and data management platforms to support applications and products of other product teams. Qualifications

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
• ITSM
• Software Architecture
• Mainframe
• Java

Responsibilities

• This individual will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and optimizing various compute and data management platforms to support applications and products of other product teams

• Responsible for the design, development, configuration and implementation of Software Asset Management Pro, Hardware Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management Pro, Contract Management and Procurement
• Integrate with Software publishers to support Software Asset Management (Publisher packs, SaaS applications and custom integrations if needed)
• Integrate with 3rd Party Hardware Asset Applications (SCCM, Tanium, etc.) and Procurement or Contract Management Applications (SAP, Ariba, etc.)
• Design and document solutions for clients on the ServiceNow
• Assist with scoping and solutioning efforts if needed
• Serve as a mentor to other Architects and Developers
• Lead customer technical demos, both live and via remote meeting tools
• Identify and assist with development of new business opportunities (training engagements and professional services)
• Taking on leadership responsibilities as needed for the benefit of peers and management, such as program development, meeting coordination, training and mentoring

Other duties may include:

• Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow Platform
• Assist with proposal writing, respond to RFPs and RFQs as needed
• Serve as a Beyond20 ITSM evangelist and "Thought Leader":
• Write blog postings, articles and white papers
• Regularly attend professional organization meetings and conferences
• Participate in online groups and discussion forums on relevant topics
