Required Technical and Professional Expertise
CAS and CAD Certified
Experience in REST API / SOAP
Must have handled Platform Upgrade

Ability to support 24*7 support model
Experience on System Administration ITSM ITOM CMDB Service Catalog development Service Configuration

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
Scripting experience
Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc.
