Position Overview

Insight is seeking a talented ServiceNow Sr Engineer/Architect who is looking to work in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do at Insight

A broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is required as you will be speaking into discrete design details as the development team works on solution design.

• 40% - Design and documentation of solutions to meet business requirements
• 30% - Customer and Teammate engagement including supporting developers during regular sprint activities
• 20% - Research and recommendation of solutions based on business requirements
• 10% - Development, testing and deployment of customizations and applications within ServiceNow and integrated into ServiceNow

What You'll Need to Join Insight

• 6+ Years' Experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• 4+ Years Advanced experience in JavaScript or related application development
• A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or Business
• Foundation in Design documentation that speaks to technical and business audiences.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs
• Catalog Item Design/Build skills
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification
• ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer centric attitude; ability to adapt with the team.
• ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL V1, ITIL V2, ITIL V3

Experience in several of the following areas

• Working experience with JavaScript interface libraries (Angular.js, React.js, etc.)
• Web Service Integration experience
• Single Sign-on configuration and administration
• Experience in establishing integrations through JDBC and the MID Server
• Advanced Application Experience: Orchestration, Discovery + CMDB, Asset Management, Service mapping, Event Management
