Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills Required
Hands on experience in ServiceNow System administration ITSM CMDB Self Service Portal Service Catalog development
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
– Must have handled Platform Upgrade
– Ability to support 24*7 support model
– Good Communication and Analytical skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
Scripting experience
Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc.
