Job Description
Able to distinguish between functional from technical requirements to create functional requirements definitions to drive development team
•Coordinates with other members of the team to assess the impact on design and development activities
•Determine and weigh rejection criteria and propose alternative solutions
•Assess the impact of requirement changes on overall system and processes activities
•Facilitates the review of the requirements based on the criteria defined for assessing requirements quality
•Facilitates the structured walk-through of the requirements with the stakeholders to confirm and get agreement that stakeholder needs are met.
•Prioritizes requirements effectively based on factors including business value, cost to deliver, and time constraints

•Identify factors other than requirements that may affect which solutions are viable
•Define doneness criteria and orchestrate user acceptance test execution, including the analysis and documentation of test results

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with formal development methodologies like waterfall and/or agile
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent Communications
- ITIL v3/4
- Minimum of 5 years working in a job defining functional requirements specifications
