Job Title: ServiceNow Business system Analyst
Location: (Remote)
Job Description:
· Must have a minimum of 8-10 years Business system Analyst experience with ServiceNow
· Looking for solid ServiceNow BA's who have a solid understanding in ITSM - ServiceNow Modules.
· This is not a Developer role; no development will be done.
· The team is purely looking for a ServiceNow Business system Analyst – The candidate will be developing and translating business requirements for development teams to make the necessary enhancements in the system.
· The are looking for a sharp independent Lead BA within the ServiceNow space.
· Must be a Lead level candidate but will not be leading teams. Lead in terms of solid SME level experience. Must have a good understanding of Service Modules like Incident, Change and Problem.
