We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team in Herndon (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an incumbent to participate in the development and implementation of ServiceNow business applications. This position is based in the US and is approved for remote work.

The incumbent will be a key member of the engineering team by supporting all software development activities under the direction of the Software Engineer Lead. You will work within our agile software development process and have an important impact on the features and services provided.

• Work with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests
• Support release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Design reports and dashboards
• Perform other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• Passion to learn new technologies
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL
• High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Understands web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Exceptional debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Detailed/action-oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Bootstrap

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $84,996 - $177,076. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
