ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The ServiceNow HRSD Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD which provides employee manager and HR functionality for Pay Personnel and Benefits for Federal agencies. You will provide subject matter expertise guide developers and provide hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow while also supporting platform improvements and modernization. You will work closely with business process consultants and other technical architects in agile teams to deliver human capital capabilities within ServiceNow.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist
• Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Certifications in ServiceNow modules that are not HRSD
• Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM Cornerstone On Demand Workday etc.)
• Agile certification preferable SAFe
