Job Description
The Team: The People Technology Team is responsible for supporting the people function's applications. The team provides day to day support for Workday, ServiceNow, Learning and other applications that are used by the People Team and broader organization. It is a dynamic team with a "can do" attitude that enjoys the challenge of implementing new functionality and technology to improve the user experience.
The Impact
This role is key in building out the People Employee Service Centre functionality across the People Function and organization. The role will be key in supporting the HR case, knowledge management and Life cycle events configured for the People Team. This role will also provide essential support for enhancements, resolution of service requests, issues and defects. The role will also be critical in guiding and mentoring junior analysts in ServiceNow configuration and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities:
Providing end to end business process design across ServiceNow and Workday
Working with the business to elicit business requirements, build user stories and translate them into functional efficient solutions
Work with HRIT integration teams to define requirements and draft user stories
Documenting functional, technical requirements and solution designs
Working closely with the Workday configuration team to realize integrated solutions
Drive continuous improvement of People processes across the organization
Keeping abreast with developments in the ServiceNow platform and best practices
Working with agile methodologies across teams in People Technology and IT
Meet regularly with the Scrum team responsible for ServiceNow enhancements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field or discipline (Information Technology or Business Systems, Information Technology etc.)
At least 10 - 15 years' experience in Information Technology
At least 4 - 5 years' relevant work experience in ServiceNow Configuration (Configuration in HR Case Management, Life Cycle Events, Knowledge Management)
3-4 years working within the HR Domain
Solid experience writing ServiceNow reports and Dashboards
Problem solver that is able to break a problem into its small, modular pieces to develop a methodical approach to a solution
Solid experience using Excel and similar tools for data transformation and analysis
Experience using Visio, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, DevOps and other office applications
Strong written and verbal communication including storytelling and slide writing
Always willing to learn, do thorough research, fact-finding, gather knowledge and not afraid to asks questions
Has excellent time management and organizational skills and works well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience from a consulting background will be highly regarded.
More than two ServiceNow Implementations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
Experience working for a large organization with a large global footprint.
Experience with working with and supporting stakeholders in different time zones.
ITSM knowledge/certification will serve as an advantage
