What you’ll be doing:

Based in beautiful and culturally rich Stuttgart, Germany, you will be supporting multiple customers in the Department of Defense. As a Cask Engineer, you will work with analysts, architects, and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform.

• Implement and Configure Common ServiceNow Applications and Capabilities, such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, and Service Portal
• Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
• Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration
• Create Scoped Applications using Studio
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilities
• Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer

What you’ll bring to the table

• Secret Clearance
• Degree in Information technology or a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or equivalent role
• Scripting/Coding Experience (JavaScript preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile software development
• Ability to design and build applications to meet business objectives
• Excellent active listening skills
• Able to meet Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) by meeting one of the following:
• BA/BS +3 yrs. recent specialized or 
• AA/AS +7 yrs. recent specialized or 
• A major certification + 7 yrs. recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized.

Notes: Expected duration in Stuttgart is one year but is subject to change. Base salary range is $90,000 to $140,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
