ServiceNow Principal Architect

Our Enterprise Applications team is growing. As a ServiceNow Principal Architect, you will utilize your ServiceNow expertise and experience to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Principal Architect is an experienced subject matter expert and focuses on development and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services in the area of ServiceNow solutions, designing, deploying and integrating various product capabilities. This role will also provide mentorship to our other team members around platform best-practices and delivery velocity. You will work on a hybrid team of highly skilled practitioners who will share operational responsibilities as well as welcome your contributions to our ever-expanding initiatives.

What is needed in this role:

• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a hybrid environment
• A passion for continuous improvement as you stay current on how to get the most out of the platform and for learning the latest features
• Mentorship to other team members
• 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow and a working knowledge of the broader ServiceNow enterprise product suite 
• Previous experience supporting more than 2 ServiceNow workflow (ITSM + CSM, ITSM + ITOM)
• Demonstrate deep expertise across platform workflow areas
• Able to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches
• Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in one or more of the following: IntegrationHub, FlowDesigner, or Workspaces
• ServiceNow certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in another practice area such as: CSM, ITAM, SPM, or ITOM 

What you'll be working on:

• Participate in technical aspects of delivering well-defined solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead complex programs of multiple resources
• Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions
• Lead the creation of written deliverables
• Lead integration design sessions
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve team goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables (including configurations, form views, business rules, etc.)
• Continuous delivery of our product backlog, aligned to our operational roadmap
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to other members of the core team
• Provide architectural oversight and review
• Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
• Work on impactful and unique issues
