What You Will Do:

We are currently seeking an experienced Federal ServiceNow Technical Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead multiple end-to-end federal ServiceNow projects from concept to implementation. This includes, but not limited to, planning, design, requirements capturing/clarification, leading team of developers, risk/mitigation, status reporting, communication, process and technical improvements. You will provide expertise in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration. You will also be responsible for building a strong team of ServiceNow implementors for multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.

Additionally, you will provide our federal clients trusted advice on how ServiceNow digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance.

Responsiblities:

Lead end-to-end federal implementation of various ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps.

Architect integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email and several in-house applications and technologies

Provide end-to-end product architecture to ensure scalable, high performance landscape

Design security of the application, and own data security function

Design technical configurations, application maintenance and house-keeping activities

Collaborate with DBAs, System Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Traffic and Network Engineers to trouble-shoot production issues

Trouble-shoot technical issues related to ServiceNow application configuration and other technical issues

Manage product release planning and delivery-related processes, including progress tracking, risk identification, change management

Participate in sizing the application for future growth and scalability

Create, enhance, and scale cross-functional end-to-end product planning, execution, and delivery processes for continuous improvement

What You Will Need:

US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

Proven experience in managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment

Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and product development tracking systems like Jira

7+ years of project management in software industries

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

What Would Be Nice To Have:

ServiceNow, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile SAFe certifications are a plus

Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) are a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $95,100.00-$190,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
