This role is part of a fast-paced consulting environment where you will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business consultants and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow applications aligned with enterprise IT and business strategies. The position involves hands-on development across multiple ServiceNow modules, with exposure to advanced capabilities such as AI-driven automation and predictive features. You will contribute to both greenfield implementations and ongoing platform enhancements, ensuring strong technical delivery and adherence to best practices. The environment is collaborative, client-facing, and highly dynamic, requiring strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business and IT requirements.
  • Participate in end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, including greenfield implementations and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business process consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and workflows.
  • Develop and customize applications, integrations, and automation using JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools.
  • Support modules such as CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC based on project needs.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and issue resolution in collaboration with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Apply ServiceNow best practices, including NowCreate methodologies, to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities, including virtual agents and predictive analytics, within ServiceNow environments.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes to support long-term maintainability.
  • Work effectively in Agile delivery teams across distributed, global environments.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ideally within a consulting or partner environment.
    • Experience delivering multiple ServiceNow module implementations, including greenfield projects.
    • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required.
    • At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, with ability to obtain additional certification within 6 months.
    • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with Node.js, Angular, and DOM concepts.
    • Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HRSD, SPM, or GRC is highly desirable.
    • Understanding of AI concepts including predictive analytics, generative AI, and virtual agents.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in dynamic environments.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams and clients.
