ServiceNow Technical Engineer

Our Enterprise Applications team is growing. As a ServiceNow Technical Engineer, you will utilize your extensive ServiceNow knowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Technical Engineer is an experienced subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform with a strong background designing, developing and deploying integrations with external third-party tools. You will work on a hybrid team of highly skilled practitioners who will share operational responsibilities as well as welcome your contributions to our ever-expanding initiatives.

What is needed in this role:

• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a hybrid environment
• A passion for continuous improvement as you stay current on how to get the most out of the platform and for learning the latest features
• 2-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and a working knowledge of the broader ServiceNow enterprise product suite 
• Previous experience supporting more than 1 ServiceNow workflow (ITSM + CSM)
• Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools

• Experience with IntegrationHub and FlowDesigner
• ServiceNow certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

What you'll be working on:

• Participate in technical aspects of delivering well-defined solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead development and testing activities on ServiceNow
• Lead the creation of written deliverables
• Lead integration design sessions and deployment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve team goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables (including configurations, form views, business rules, etc.)
• Continuous delivery of our product backlog, aligned to our operational roadmap
