HID's Secure Issuance Business

This role will be a part of the Secure Issuance (SI) business. SI offers the world's broadest and most sophisticated portfolio of card printers, laser engravers, encoders and software. Our clients span both the public and private sectors across a wide variety of verticals in the custom personalization and issuance of secure identity credentials. This position will report into the Vice President of SI Commercial Excellence which reports into the Head of the SI business.

As our Service Delivery Manager, you'll support HID's success by:

  • Collaboratively crafting the strategic vision for services by engaging with leadership, peers, and customers to ensure we solve the right problem.
  • Building a plan to enact the ratified strategy.
  • Establishing processes and ways of working for the new function and team.
  • Participating in the new product introduction process, vocalizing the needs of external and internal customers from a services perspective.
  • Identifying the persona ideally fit for services team members, creating job descriptions, and hiring employees when / if appropriate.
  • Performing services for customers, engaging directly to solve problems and positively influence their perspective of our company.

  • Understanding of electromechanical devices/systems.

  • Capable of establishing rapport and maintaining business relationships.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in international field service support preferred.
  • Process development and improvement experience.
  • International, cross-cultural business experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Experience with Augmented Reality is a bonus.
