Do you have a passion for helping customers be as productive as possible? This new role will incubate a new function within Secure Issuance, responsible for the formation and execution of service offerings for the Business Units within the Secure Issuance Business Area. This role will be equal parts strategic and tactical, so the right candidate will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to make progress.

As our Service Manager , you'll support HID's success by:
  • Collaboratively crafting the strategic vision for the Services team, and subsequently building a plan to enact the strategy.
  • Performing Services for customers, engaging directly to solve problems and positively influence their perspective of our company.
  • Establishing processes and ways of working for the new function and team.
  • Identifying the persona ideally fit for Services team members, creating job descriptions, and hiring employees when / if appropriate.
  • Participating in the new product introduction process, vocalizing the needs of external and internal customers from a services perspective.

Your Experience and Education include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in international field service support
  • Process development and improvement experience
  • International, cross-cultural business experience
  • Experience managing people
  • Experience with Augmented Reality a bonus
