Services Operations Analyst

Job Title: Services Operations Analyst (SVSSGA-BKFL-03162022-002)

Introduction:

The Services Operations Analyst is an operational role for providing operational and administrative support to Project Managers, Delivery Managers, as well as the Sales, Services Delivery and Leadership teams. Additionally, this role works collaboratively across many internal cross functional teams to drive the Toshiba Services business. The Services Operations Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing monthly services forecasting, weekly pipeline & cadence meetings and reporting, monthly accounting close activities, as well as various executive operational and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team in monthly and quarterly forecasting and financial close processes, including revenue and cost reporting and analysis.
• Create weekly pipeline and sales cadence reports with Salesforce, attend and present on weekly calls, provide weekly overviews to the Services Sales Team and Leaders, weekly opportunity scrub reports and monitor the updates.
• Participate in creating Monthly Leadership meeting materials and perform ad hoc project work as needed in support Business Operations and Services Leadership teams.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Microsoft Word Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) - intermediate
• Understanding of Project financials; forecasting processes
• Interpersonal communications; verbal and written
• Oracle - Projects Module; Procurement Module
• Salesforce - basic reports
• Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint
• Availability to be flexible and extra working hours especially at month and quarter ends, when it is most critical
