Services Partners Manager
Job Description
Services partners are a critical part of the Airtable customer journey, as they help clients get more from Airtable through solution design, implementation, training and ongoing support. They are critical to unlocking the full potential of the Airtable Connected Apps Platform for existing and potential customers.Â
As the Services Partner Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Services teams to drive partner success.Â
You will focus on partner recruitment, enablement, co-selling, demand generation and services delivery. You’ll help identify and recruit partners based on their focus of enterprise capabilities, capacity, key vertical coverage that accelerates the creation of golden datasets within Airtable and regional reach. Additionally, you’ll work closely with strategic partners to ensure they are enabled and optimized around Airtable services delivery to ensure they build best in class customer solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. You will also build industry-leading relationships with your Partners built on integrity, transparency and joint accountability.Â
You will also enable internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Services teams to ensure they understand the value of services partners and how they can engage them to help our customers.Â
As we grow you will be a critical part of building out our partner playbook and growing the team as we expand internationally. Â
What you'll do- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Services Team to execute and collaborate on the strategy for successfully building the components of an Airtable services partner ecosystem.
- Recruit, onboard, enable, manage, and optimize a portfolio of strategic services partners that will deliver best in class services to customers and drive net new opportunitiesÂ
- Build and prioritize a list of strategic services partner prospectsÂ
- Drive enablement with partners externally through our training and accreditation process while also training Airtable teams internally on the value of partners and how to work with them
- Work closely with the pre and post sales teams to ensure optimized experiences with services partners as they sell and deliver customer services engagementsÂ
- Optimize internal process and operations around onboarding and management of our strategic services partners
- Ensure executive and management alignment between the partner and Airtable leadership teams
- 3-5+ years business development / partnerships experience, managing services partnerships across B2B SaaS platforms (experience working with enterprise centric partners with practice areas in app development, digital transformation and integration services is a plus)
- Proven experience working enterprise partnerships with consulting and services companies that deliver app building experiences and digital transformation capabilities for enterprise companiesÂ
- Ability to leverage frameworks to build partnerships from zero to 1 with a customer centric approachÂ
- Ability to prioritize based on both quantitative and qualitative analysisÂ
- Can navigate highly strategic and complex partnerships and drive co-selling with our internal teams with a track record of cross functional coordination and alignment
- “Conversationally technical” - you’re comfortable talking integrations and APIs
- A builder who enjoys creating a vibrant partner ecosystem and seeing it make a tangible impact
- Preferred, not required: 1-2 years of people management experience
Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience. The base salary range for this role is $136,850-$185,150 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, NYC and LA. The base salary range for this role is $123,200-$166,670. for all other work locations including remote. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
