As a Services Sales Representative at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our services portfolio. You will be responsible for selling our innovative services solutions to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships.

What will you do?
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the services sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling service proposals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or strong interest to take on sales role, preferably in the services sector or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Schneider Electric's products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results.
