Your Role and Responsibilities
The Service Solutions Leader is responsible for establishing executing and developing Service Solutions Workshops with IBM’s Service Partners. This leader drives a solution-oriented team to balance voice of end-client Partner and IBM leaders with strategic thinking and iterative data-driven build measure and learn development processes. The leader should be able to manage all aspects of the Service Solutions Workshop engagement to realize the agreed outcomes. This leader is skilled in methods and approaches to investigate and assess solution Desirability Viability and Feasibility (DVF) sitting at the center of Design Engineering and Business as the connective tissue that drives value through effective communication and integration. They must be able to leverage team member capabilities across functional silos to deliver exponential results

The Service Solutions Leader will be assessed on the adoption of IBM Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies across IBM’s Service Partners. This role will require significant collaboration with IBM Ecosystem Leaders IBM Brand teams and IBM Research. This is a senior position that requires a blend of consultative technical and business development expertise; ideal candidates will also have a strong transformation and technical background. You will be a part of a highly cohesive fast paced and outcome oriented global team.

A successful leader in this role will:

• Utilize IBM Design Thinking Agile DevOps Scrum and Analytics skills
• Work with global leader to leverage Financial Management concepts principles and tools to provide guidance to sponsors stakeholders and Partners on joint GTM viability new solution adoption and communicate a comprehensive business case & value proposition.
• Apply Consulting methodologies tools and techniques to connect with and manage the client needs requirements and gaps
• Employ Interactive engagement techniques to draw out client concerns identify pertinent facts and develop recommendations.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and behaviors in dealing with individuals and multi-functional teams of Partner and IBM Teams
• Showcase digital transformation industry and domain expertise in providing thought leadership and advisory tailored to the Partner need

Responsibilities:
Reports into the Global Services Solutions Leader to drive program success
Drive the overall partner engagement from start to finish ensuring time commitments and partner expectations are met
Accountable for the successful design/implementation/delivery of IBM Technology-based solutions with assigned Partners
Influence investment decision analysis working with the global leader to properly allocate capacity and oversee Delivery Excellence process where impediments constraints and critical challenges are surfaced and triaged
Responsible for velocity (squad productivity) outcome (business benefits tracking) technical debt (waste and inefficiencies) and Engagement (team health) trends
Responsible for defining GTM offering working with the partner which would help drive business outcomes from the developed solution
Bring together business industry Partner knowledge and IBM competencies and solution offerings to meet identified needs
Extrapolation of observed results validated learnings and qualification of new ideas
Work with the global leader to refine and prioritize the team’s backlog of work including reviewing developed MVPs aligned to agreed Partner / business outcomes – ensuring teams add features and functionality incrementally
Facilitate team activities from story mapping prioritization estimation road mapping product brainstorming and evolving business model canvases
