Your Role and Responsibilities
- Reports into the Global Services Solutions Leader to drive program success
- Drive the overall partner engagement from start to finish ensuring time commitments and partner expectations are met.
- Accountable for the successful design/implementation/delivery of IBM Technology-based solutions with assigned Partners.
- Influence investment decision analysis working with the global leader to properly allocate capacity and oversee Delivery Excellence process where impediments constraints and critical challenges are surfaced and triaged.
- Responsible for velocity (squad productivity) outcome (business benefits tracking) technical debt (waste and inefficiencies) and Engagement (team health) trends.
- Responsible for defining GTM offering working with the partner which would help drive business outcomes from the developed solution.
- Bring together business industry Partner knowledge and IBM competencies and solution offerings to meet identified needs.
- Extrapolation of observed results validated learnings and qualification of new ideas.
- Work with the global leader to refine and prioritize the teamβs backlog of work including reviewing developed MVPs aligned to agreed Partner / business outcomes β ensuring teams add features and functionality incrementally.
- Facilitate team activities from story mapping prioritization estimation road mapping product brainstorming and evolving business model canvases.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Several years of experience in Service OM.
- Consulting experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Design thinking experience.
- Startup operating model experience.
