Responsibilities
• Lead the process of event setup and teardown (tables, chairs, linens, décor)
• Perform janitorial work (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restocking supplies)
• Ensure public areas and restrooms are clean and guest-ready
• Handle general upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas
• Help with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Report supply needs or issues to the Manager on Duty
Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Team player who takes initiative and works independently when needed
Preferred But Not Required
• Previous experience in hospitality, janitorial work, or events
• Familiarity with basic tools and maintenance work
• Management + leadership experience a plus.
