Position Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a contract Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Lead to join our delivery team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for assisting with design and hands-on development using the SFCC platform. This person will aid in team system setup, code reviews, knowledge transfer, mentoring, and leadership in challenging project tasks. The Technical Lead is also responsible for helping to bridge the business and technical gaps on a project by working with the Business Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and external stakeholders to best understand the project environment, constraints, and business goals.

 

Requirements 

  • Follow best practices for SFCC development
  • Complete hands-on development tasks according to client requirements
  • Assist cross-functional team and Technical Architects with architecture and design of SFCC solutions and integrations
  • Participate in project discoveries to provide technical support and to ensure that we understand client request from an engineering perspective
  • Initial technical escalation point for the project team and clients 
  • Support the project team through key project events (e.g planning sessions, release demos, UAT sessions, site launch)
  • Provide highly efficient development effort when necessary
  • Stay abreast of technical and functional dependencies across multiple initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Skills 
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle. 
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience to ecommerce domain 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
