Overview

The EBS team provides development, maintenance, and support services for the TNS Salesforce environment. This includes all aspects of system development including designing/testing/deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority and handling L2 incident and problem tickets.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting requirements from users and stakeholders
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Flow Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports ·
• Salesforce development including Apex triggers/test classes and custom Visualforce pages
• Participation in Agile Scrum meetings
• Sandbox environment management
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Triaging and resolving L2 incident and problem tickets

Experience & Education Required

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years hands-on development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer
• DevOps/release management experience
• Experience developing and deploying Salesforce configuration and code changes
• Proven ability to work collegially with business stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidance

Experience & Education Preferred

Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
• Experience with Pardot or Rootstock
• Active in the Salesforce community
