The Shareholder Relations team interfaces with public shareholders and the equity analyst community. The analyst level team member will be responsible for the firm's investor relations workflow, including building and maintaining investor relations spreadsheets and presentations, interfacing with external investors and research analysts, and contributing to other firm-wide initiatives. It is a highly visible role on a dynamic team.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Support priorities related to interfacing with public shareholders and equity analysts covering BX stock.
• Monitor, track and record equity analyst research and financial estimates for Blackstone and peers.
• Support in preparing all aspects of quarterly earnings calls, including presentation materials, written commentary, and financial schedules.
• Internal modeling and support/development of Blackstone's earnings projections, competitor and industry modeling.
• Requires a willingness to learn and communicate complex financial and accounting concepts specific to Blackstone and industry.
• Provide support for other public company initiatives across Blackstone.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years' work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Should exhibit strong organizational and communications skills. Attention to detail is critical.
• Strong writing and reading skills.

• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines.

• Completed bachelor's degree.

Expected annual base salary range:

$75,000 - $90,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
