Job Description

The SharePoint Administrator will be a key member of the Core4ce IT team providing support for day-to-day information technology (IT) operations. Primary responsibility will be working with company leadership and departments to ensure business operations are supported through SharePoint. Additionally, other duties may be required including systems administration for Azure AD groups, website maintenance, supporting other web-based applications or software, and general IT administration and support. The SharePoint Administrator will also be responsible for assisting with documentation, developing, and implementing IT solutions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop SharePoint Online based solutions by gathering requirements and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Design solutions using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Implement data access procedures to ensure least privilege access
  • Create and manage users, groups, and permissions in Sharepoint Online and Azure AD
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide technical support across the company both in person and over the phone
  • Identify problems, isolate root causes, and initiate corrective action
  • Identify, test, recommend, and deploy new technology initiatives
  • Develop System Documentation


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and 3-5 years of experience OR 7+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint workflow creation
  • Experience with SharePoint's application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services
  • Experience with the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications
  • Experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or similar CMS
  • Experience developing web applications using JavaScript, jQuery, PHP/MySQL, and HTML.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience authoring PowerShell or similar scripts and automation
  • Industry leading certifications (Microsoft, AWS, and others)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility
