What Will You Do?

  • Support the design, planning and execution of changes, updates, and other SharePoint system design initiatives.
  • Update sites, manage permissions, support, and train customers, evaluate and solve performance issues.
  • The work is project oriented, and the actual tasks should be defined by the employee. Receives only general guidance on new work.
  • Understands company goals and practices and applies them when solving a variety of problems.
  • Prepares and maintains related technical reports and documentation.
  • Demonstrates judgment, creativity and technical knowledge when obtaining and recommending solutions.
  • Improves business support through automation, processes, and other technical solutions.
  • May assist in quality assurance and definition of test strategy and risks.
  • Develops test plans and performs tests for unit and system validation.

What Do You Need?

  • Level I: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field OR Associate's degree in business, computer science or a related field plus up to two years' experience using SharePoint OR two to four years' experience using SharePoint.
  • Level II: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field OR Associate's degree in business, computer science or a related field plus two years' experience using SharePoint OR four years' experience using SharePoint.
  • Applicable applications experience

    • Microsoft technologies
    • SharePoint, enterprise and cloud administration and development
    • Microsoft Teams, enterprise and cloud administration and development
    • PowerShell scripting, preferred
  • Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
  • Success in leading small projects.
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle.
  • Ability to lead small teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with other team member to develop system requirements.
