Job Description
LST is seeking an experienced Sharepoint Developer to provide support for the FAA, National Airspace System (NAS) Resiliency Program. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who is able to self-prioritize, manage and adjust to multiple tasks as needed. The NAS Resiliency Team provides engineering and program management support for the planning, design, implementation, and assessment of resiliency measures related to the industrial control systems used for critical NAS infrastructure. The team uses a methodical and data driven approach to measure the agency's ability to prepare for, adapt to, and withstand changes in service levels and recover rapidly from service disruptions. Our team develops models that support pre-event resiliency and post-event resiliency measures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, monitoring and managing program SharePoint sites and supporting SharePoint administration across multiple customer sites
- Designing, developing, customizing, and implementing website and SharePoint application solutions in Office 365 environment
- Creating, configuring and customizing SharePoint Sites, lists, document libraries, pages, content types, and workflows
- Using and developing User Interfaces (UI) to maximize the User Experience (UX) using UI and UX tools such as, Figma, InVision Studio, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe XD
- Using front-end programming languages such as, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS or XML
Requirements:
- Experience in SharePoint Online and integrating with MS Teams and other 365 products
- Strong KSN (SharePoint) skills
- Familiarity with software frameworks to facilitate the process of app development such as, .NET, VisualBasic.NET, and ASP.NET
- Have knowledge with coding languages such as SQL and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Excellent communication skills to interface with customers as well as collaborate in a cross-discipline team environment is required
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Science.
