SharePoint Developer and Admin

We are seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform (PP) Sr. IT Technical Specialist (Developer/Administrator) for a long-term role on their SharePoint/PP team. Candidate will be able to utilize their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support SharePoint/PP environments and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the elements of SharePoint sites including templates, master pages, style libraries, enterprise search, and web part libraries
• Must have a working knowledge of SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality, Windows PowerShell, and Web Services
• Must have a working knowledge of Power Platform Solution, which consists of Power Application, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents - BOTS.
• Provide 24/7 support SharePoint/PP environments
• Migration from SharePoint 2007 to SPO using ShareGate Migration Tool
• Troubleshooting and resolution for SharePoint/PP issues
• Timely communication with customers on identified issues and estimated resolution
• Assist end users with SharePoint/PP site design and configuration
• Ability to assist and train SharePoint/PP End Users
• Analyze Production implementation - identify and resolve errors, and ongoing stability of the environment (i.e. Backup Restore, Disaster Recovery, Patch Management, Monitoring)
• Understanding of SharePoint/PP products and features including security, list and libraries, workflow, publishing infrastructure, document management, and content types
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic, a self-starter
• 5+ years' experience with Microsoft products and technologies with an emphasis on Microsoft SharePoint Services, Power Platform, and migration experience (MOSS 2007 & SPO)
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methods
