Position Responsibilities:

• Should be ready to perform Incident Resolution, L2, L3 Support, Minot enhancement, Problem Fixes
• Ready to lead a 5-7 members offshore team and ensure the delivery is done as per Service Level Agreement
• Good in Customer communication, status reporting
• Focus on Backlog reduction, ensure the tickets are resolved within SLA as per the SOW
• Should be ready to work from Washington DC, Client Work Location

Position Qualifications:

• About 10 years of extensive work experience in o Office 365
• SharePoint online developer o Experience in SharePoint on-premise and SharePoint online platforms and custom development
• Experience with spfx webparts development and spfx extensions
• Experience in SQL, Webservices • Secondary skill - C#, .Net Framework
• Should be ready to perform Incident Resolution, L2, L3 Support, Minot enhancement, Problem Fixes
• Ready to lead a 5-7 members offshore team and ensure the delivery is done as per Service Level Agreement
