Shipper/Receiver (2nd Shift)

KUBRA is looking for a hardworking and reliable Shipper/Receiver to join our Dallas team! This opportunity is for the second shift from 3:30pm - 12am Monday to Friday. 

As a Shipper/Receiver, you will work in our warehouse environment to ensure the seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items. The Shipper/Receiver is also responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

What you get to do every day

• Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
• Maintain filing of shipping documents
• Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Create purchase requisitions and obtain approval prior to placing supply orders
• Sort and distribute incoming shipments
• Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off
• Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Make deliveries with a company vehicle as assigned
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility

• A Team Player – you enjoy working as part of a team to meet daily production volumes and requirements for client jobs
• A great communicator – you communicate professionally, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and organized – you are able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment

What skills do you need?

• 1 year of related experience in a Warehouse environment or as a Shipper/Receiver is an asset, but not required
• Ability to drive a forklift – training and certification will be provided by KUBRA
• You must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
• High school diploma preferred, but not required
